The second J-Biz Town Hall – held at the Midwest Jewelry Expo, in Madison, WI – featured presentations by three industry experts: Bill Sustachek, CEO and president of Rasmussen Diamonds; Lee Krombholz, an award-winning designer and owner of Krombholz Jewelers; and Nick Failla, founder of Premier Consulting Innovations, which provides comprehensive sales development to the jewelry industry.

Sustachek, who created Rasmussen Diamond University, an expert training program for his sales team, discussed "Instore Training and Education." Krombholz, who has taken his store to the forefront of design and technology, discussed "Technology and the Independent Jeweler." Failla spoke on "Reaching Out and Changing Markets and Demographics.”
